Bealby Point
In a world full of micro-influencers, digital grifters, and spon-con hucksters, Vancouver quartet Bealby Point offers a simple promise: what you see is what you get. Formed in 2018, the indie rockers have built a sterling reputation thanks to their polished live performances and intricate, approachable songwriting. Drawing inspiration from alt-rock icons including The Strokes, Weezer, Young The Giant, and Red Hot Chili Peppers, the boys’ signature sound centers on big hooks, big solos, and even bigger grooves. Since 2022 they have played sold-out shows across Vancouver, including such notable venues as The Fox Cabaret, Fortune Sound Club, and The Rickshaw Theatre. This spring, they will take their electric show on the road, touring Western Canada to promote their latest single For Your Time.
This week on StokeFM, we had the pleasure of interviewing Bealby Point, the indie rock quartet hailing from Vancouver. During our chat, the band reflected on their experiences playing sold-out shows, and there writing and creative process. They also gave us an exciting glimpse into their plans for 2025, including a Western Canada tour to promote their latest single, “Fairytale.” It’s clear that Bealby Point is a band to watch, bringing authenticity and electric energy to every performance.
