Tomorrow is Bear Awareness Day, so what better time than now to talk to Maggie Spizzirri from the Revelstoke Bear Aware Society. Head on down to the Farmer’s Market tomorrow to say hi. The will be activities for the kids, a bear spray demos at 9 and 12, opportunities to speak with bear biologists, a food processing clinic at the Neighbourhood Kitchen for people to learn how to deal with their excess grown produce, and finally a documentary at the Roxy Theatre called Grizzly Rewild. Holy moly, what a full day of bear stuff!
