Sandra Riches BC AdventureSmart

It’s been a couple of weeks of holiday, so we haven’t heard from Sandra Riches from BC AdventureSmart in a while, but she was back on the Stoke FM Morning Show today, and going over the importance of understanding group dynamics when trip planning.  Because you don’t always know what to expect when heading out for adventures, it’s important that all members of the group understand the capabilities of not only themselves, but each other, and making sure that everyone is on the same page.
