Canada’s 18th Prime Minister, Brian Mulroney, died in Florida at the age of 84 yesterday. He led his Conservative Party to the largest majority in Canadian history, and left office with the lowest approval public rating. In between, he saw other peaks and valleys in his political career, and became a polarizing figure.
